The System
DuPont™ Corian®.
Not a veneer.
Not a laminate.
Not resin.
Corian is a solid surface — acrylic polymer and natural minerals, homogeneous all the way through. That's what makes it carvable. CNC machines cut any depth, any pattern, seamlessly edge-to-edge. There's no layer to peel, no substrate to expose. The surface you see is the same material an inch deep.
At the right thickness, it's also translucent — which is why Illuminated works. Warm light passes through the material itself, not around it. The glow is the Corian. That's something metal panels and flat resin sheets can't replicate.
